These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Qubify Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Qubify Studio offers unlimited revisions according to the package you select.
Revisions are limited to the same design/concept. Any change in direction, scope, or concept is considered a new order or add‑on and may incur additional charges.
Standard revision turnaround time is up to 48 hours (business days), unless otherwise stated.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction through our free revision policy. If we fail to meet your design brief as per the agreed scope, you may be eligible for a refund in line with the schedule below.
Refunds may be issued if:
A duplicate charge occurred due to processing error; or
We failed to fulfill any special design requirement explicitly agreed in writing; or
We are unable to complete your order as per our Delivery Policy.
If you are dissatisfied with the initial designs provided by Qubify Studio, you may submit a refund request within five (5) days of initial delivery. If no request is received within this period, the delivered work will be deemed accepted. For Special/Combo packages, the same refund rules apply as for single packages.
All refund requests are processed as follows (each subject to a 10% service & processing fee deducted from the refundable amount):
Before order delivery: Eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
Within 48 hours of initial design delivery: Eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
Between 48–120 hours of initial design delivery: Eligible for 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
After 120 hours of initial design delivery: Not eligible for a refund. (You are still encouraged to contact support so we can make it right through additional revisions.)
Exclusions: Refunds are not available for: approved/ finalized files, purchased stock assets/third‑party costs, rush delivery fees, or work already moved into development/production/printing.
Contact us via phone, live chat, or email (info@techfusiongo.com) describing your concern and refund request.
We will attempt to resolve your concern under our Revision Policy. If unresolved, our refund team will email an approval or decision with next steps.
After any refund is issued:
All rights, title, and interest in all versions of the designs and deliverables revert to Qubify Studio.
You agree not to use, publish, share, or exploit any drafts, concepts, or deliverables in any way.
Your Account Area (and email) is the primary channel for updates, deliveries, queries, and approvals. It is your responsibility to check it regularly and respond in a timely manner.
Failure to check or use the Account Area does not constitute grounds for a refund. If you need help, contact support at any time.
We follow the specifications provided in your order brief and any written updates via your Account Area or email.
Designs are produced after reasonable research for quality and uniqueness.
We aim for 100% satisfaction via multiple free revisions in line with your package and the original concept.
Upon request, we coordinate with your printing vendor for technical alignment (bleed, color space, file types, etc.).
All files are delivered to your Account Area by the date shown on your Order Confirmation, and we also notify you by email.
Standard initial delivery timeline for customized design orders is 2–3 business days from order confirmation (unless otherwise agreed).
Rush Delivery is available for certain services (e.g., initial logo samples within 24 hours) for an additional fee (currently US$75). Contact support for availability before ordering.
Policies related to revisions and refunds are based on the timestamp of delivery to your Account Area.
We keep a record of your finalized design files for a reasonable period.
If you need the final files again, request them and we will resend subject to availability. Archival retrieval fees may apply for older projects.
Upon final payment and formal approval, the finalized design files (excluding stock assets, fonts under third‑party licenses, or proprietary working files) are assigned to you for the agreed usage rights.
Working files (e.g., layered/editable source files) are not included unless explicitly purchased or included in your package.
If a refund is issued, no rights transfer to you, and all prior usage must cease immediately.
You are responsible for securing any third‑party permissions (e.g., model releases, trademarks) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Official communications are sent only from email addresses on our domain (e.g., info@techfusiongo.com) and phone numbers listed on www.qubifystudio.com.
Qubify Studio is not liable for communications from addresses or numbers not owned by us or not listed on our website.
We offer 24/7 Customer Support via phone, chat, or email to answer questions and assist with your orders.
If you remain non‑responsive for 45 consecutive days, your order may be closed. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
You may request a hold in advance for personal reasons.
To re‑initiate a dormant project after 45+ days of inactivity, a US$150 reactivation fee applies (subject to scope review and timeline availability).
Some features rely on third‑party vendors (e.g., fonts, stock photos, mockups, hosting, plugins). Use of such features may require your compliance with the third‑party’s own terms and licenses, which may change without notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those third‑party terms.
Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Qubify Studio is registered, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubify Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Independent Contractors: We may engage subcontractors or independent contractors to deliver services.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, strikes).
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
