Refund Policy

Qubify Studio ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy, which allows you to refine your initial design brief free of charge through your client account area.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your delivered designs must be unused and not published on any website, social media platform, or anywhere on the internet.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for our services.

If you are dissatisfied with any design service provided by Qubify Studio, you may submit a refund request within five (5) days of receiving your initial design delivery. If no refund request is received within five days, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the delivered designs. For Special or Combo packages, the same refund policy applies as with single packages.

Refund Eligibility Chart

All refund requests will be processed according to the following schedule (each subject to a 10% service & processing fee deduction):

  • Before order delivery: Eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

  • Within 48 hours of initial design delivery: Eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

  • Between 48–120 hours of initial design delivery: Eligible for 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

  • After 120 hours of initial design delivery:** No refund** will be issued. However, since we believe in 100% client satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us for possible resolution or adjustments.

All refund requests must be communicated to our Support Department via email at info@techfusiongo.com. Qubify Studio reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis in accordance with these Terms and your user agreement.

 

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your request. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing period before refunds are completed.
    If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@techfusiongo.com.

Sale Items

Only regular‑priced services are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale, discounted, or promotional packages cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges / Changes

We only replace designs if our created logos or designs are proven to be plagiarized or duplicated from external sources on the internet. If you need to exchange a design for this reason, contact us at info@techfusiongo.com with the relevant proof.

 

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable once final files are approved or moved into production, printing, or website launch.

  • Refund processing times vary by bank or payment processor.

  • All approved refunds will be issued after deducting third‑party or transaction costs, if any.
